What is Next
Check out the anticipated schedule. Please note, it is more of a guideline than a rule.
Glossary
- Bulk ageing – there is a notion that racked Mead ages and mellows better in a larger vessel, rather than an individual serving bottle.
- Dry hop(ping) – adding hops once fermentation is completed to impart more hoppy goodness aroma. I believe that is the technical term.
- Racked, racking – transfer(red) to a clean storage vessel, usual as a means of separating it from initial fermenting sediment.
